We welcome comments and reviews from our customers and appreciate your ideas and suggestions. Safa House reserves the right to edit or delete such content when necessary. We do not allow spam on our site. Safa House becomes the sole owner of any content (such as reviews, ideas, product comments, but certainly NOT private or personal information) submitted to us by a user of this site and reserves the full right to use that content. Responsibility for shipped goods
Once we ship an item, any problem that may arise during shipment is to be resolved between the shipping company and the purchaser, as Safa House cannot have control over this once the goods leave our warehouse. However, we will do our best to help our customers resolve the issue.
Product Descriptions We do our best to provide the most accurrate descriptions of our products regarding size, color and material. Theoretically, slight variations in color might occur because of the monitor setup of the customers, though this is unusually rare. In case of errors or omissions in product descriptions committed by Safa House or when the color of the purchased product doesn't match the expectations of the consumer, the customer can return the items in compliance with our Return Policies.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice, however, the customer will never be charged for a final amount that they have not expressly authorized. Sales taxes and shipping fees, if any, are added to the product price to calculate the order total. Safa House shall not be bound by typos that reflect an incorrect product price, and will change such errors as soon as possible. |
