Returns PolicyWe hope that you will be happy with all your purchases at Safa House.
However, we understand that sometimes you might decide to return an
item. We strive to keep our returns policy simple and hassle-free for
your convenience:
A. All items are eligible for return as long as they meet certain conditions:
1.
All personal care and hygiene products can be returned provided that
they are unopened, sealed and in their original packaging. We cannot
accept items that have been opened or unsealed in any way due to the
personal nature of these products and for hygiene reasons (we cannot
resell such products to our customers for safety reasons).
2.
All clothing (including scarves and accessories) and travel items can
be returned as long as they are in unused or new condition. Please
include all original tags, instructions and packaging. When you receive
a clothing item, please check to make sure it is the right fit. If it
is not, please do not wear it any further (even if you had to try it on
to check the fit), do not remove tags and the like; and return it to us promptly
by following the return instructions.
3. Return policy
for the items sold in our hajj store follow the same rules above. In
other words, if it is a clothing item, the policies for clothing items
will apply, if it is a personal care item, then the policies for this
group of products will apply. In addition, any group of items sold in a
hajj packet can be returned as a whole, but not as individual items.
(for example, if you received 4 different products included in a
packet, we will be glad to process your return for the whole packet,
but cannot process a return on only one or some of the items included
in the packet). Each product in the hajj packet must comply with their
applicable returns policy for the packet to be returnable.
B.
Merchandise can be returned within 21 days of purchase (subject to
above policies) at the customer's expense. Please include all tags, instructions and original
packaging materials. You can choose to recieve a refund, store credit or an even exchange for the original purchase price (excluding original shipment charges). If the return item(s) had qualified for free shipment originally, there will be a $5 charge to cover reshipment charges of the same item(s). Once we receive the items, we will process the return type of your choice.
C. If Safa House shipped the wrong product(s) erroneously or an item was defective, the customer will be refunded for both the original shipment costs as well as shipping costs incurred for returning the items. However, the method of shipping the merchandise back to Safa House has to be agreed by us, Safa House, to be eligible for a refund - in other words, the customer will not be refunded for the amount incurred to ship the products back if they have used a more expensive method (such as Expedited Service while the original shipment was Regular Mail) than reasonable and agreed to by Safa House.
How to Return Products:
To be eligible for the above return policy, you MUST follow the following steps:
1. Once you decide to return an item for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible.
2. We will assist you to initiate the return process by issuing you an authorization number and walk you through the rest of the hassle-free process.
3. The method of shipping back to products has to be agreed by Safa House if the customer is to be refunded for return shipment under Article C above.
