About Our Products:
1. Where do you get your products from?
We
get different products from different suppliers. Some of the exclusive
products we carry are imported from Turkey - and as we said they are
exclusive: they are not available anywhere else in the U.S. or Canada.
Others are from various Middle Eastern countries, China and the US. Our committment to quality ensures that
we will only offer you high quality products from select suppliers
whether from abroad or the U.S.
2. Why don't you include any clothing items such as ihram outfits for women in your Hajj and Umrah packets?
We have made sure to include
only non-personalized products in our packets so they are universal in
meeting the needs of all the brothers and sisters at large regardless
of tastes, sizes, and individual preferences. Therefore, to assure
maximum flexibility, clothing items such as women's ihram clothing,
prayer scarves and sandals are offered separately and not in a kit. For
example, it is possible that we don't carry someone's shoe size, so if
we include sandals in a packet (even though everyone will need sandals
for hajj), that person will not be able to have the comfort of
purchasing that package just because the sandals won't work for them.
Therefore, we left the products that need customization (i.e. involve
individualized requirements) out of the packets to ensure maximum
customer satisfaction, even though they are still essentials for hajj -
instead, you can select them from our individual products category.
3. I noticed that some of the travel items you sell for hajj such as the waist safe or neck safe have stitches on them. I though we are not allowed to wear anything stiched during hajj - are they?
This is a common misconception that muslims hold - that men cannot wear stiched items like waist belts, even sandals when in the state of ihram. This is not the case. Please see the below article for an answer:
